Retreads
At S Tyres we offer a retread service. This is available for heavy duty tyres (trucks etc.). This process can sometimes be referred to as a remould or a recap. Essentially what this does is replace the tread on your existing worn down tyres. All retreads are fully inspected and must pass rigorous checks before they are deemed roadworthy. The benefits to retreading as opposed to replacing the whole tyre are down to both cost and preserving materials.
